They have serviced our 2010 Jetta Sportwagen since it was new, keeping up with the correct maintenance schedule and fixing any and every issue that has come up for us. Our Jetta has actually had some very mysterious and tricky problems which Todd and the guys have tracked down and repaired. Their prices are fair and always much less than what any dealership would charge. Because of the Dieselgate issue we have had to take our car to the dealership in Asheville several times. Without a doubt, we feel that we get better service and a higher level of expertise with these guys. It's a good thing I did as my car was leaking oil and not in driving condition. VW Specialties not only repaired my car, but offered to drive me to pick up a rental while mine was being serviced.
