VW Specialties were easy to book with, have a GREAT system of letting you know what needs to be done (with a simple accept/decline system), and they really know what they are doing!! Couldn't recommend them anymore. Not to mention I needed to pick my car up right when they opened so Jennifer at the front desk got there EARLY so I could pick it up when I needed to.
